We've been promising for years to put on a summer workshop and concert, along the lines of our well-established and well-loved annual (Covid allowing!) Christmas extravaganza. Finally, this year, we shall be offering just this at our much-loved local venue: St John's Community Centre, Old Trafford. (Not the church, just the centre).
For full info and tickets click here
NB. We're restricting numbers to help people keep safe and comfortable. If you want to be sure that you have a place, you need to book a ticket online. You can buy tickets on the door if there are still some available.
It's beginning to look a lot like... oh hang on a minute... we're going to have to think of some more summery strap lines...

Christmas ONLINE with the Lovenotes 2020

Twas the night before Christmas...

Spooky!!
We've had such a lot of fun preparing for this online gig!! Mostly, of course, it's just been such a relief and so wonderful to sing together in the same room... albeit distanced in a huge church!!
We've worked with fabulous sound and video technicians (Helen Beauchamp and Casey Nimmer) to bring you something as close as possible to the feel of our annual Christmas 'tour' (we call anything over 1 gig a tour!).
WHERE AND WHEN
Wherever you are in the world, you can join us on:
Sunday 20th December at 7pm or
Thursday 24th December at 6pm and we encourage you to use the chat function on the YouTube premiere so you can say hello and make comments as we go along - we'll be there chatting back at you!!
WHAT
Delight in the sound of harmonies being sung (mostly) in the same room! Marvel at the costume and set changes! Join in the songs! And lose count of the number of continuity errors! (we're new to this lark, after all!)
